  16. With all the changes being made to the C++ standard it is difficult
  17. for the run of the mill C++ programmer to keep up.

  19. Is there a brief summary of the major features added since 
  20. Templates/Exceptions were added.
  21.  
  22. What would be ideal would be a list of the new features with a cross
  23. reference to the version when each of the major compiler vendors
  24. implemented that feature. (This user is mainly interested in PC based
  25. compilers).
